Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-04-27
Inkbridge is a free, non-commercial project operated by Johannes Leonhard as an individual based in Switzerland. By using the website at inkbridge.ink, the Inkbridge Figma plugin, or any related services (the “Service”), you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Inkbridge is provided as a free demo of design-system tooling that connects code to Figma. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the Service may be paused or discontinued without notice.
2. Accounts
Some parts of the Service require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated means to access the Service except for the publicly documented APIs.
- Submit content you do not have the right to share.
4. Plugin and software
The Inkbridge Figma plugin and its supporting npm package are distributed under the terms of their accompanying licence files. Where a separate licence applies (for example, an open-source licence in the public repository), that licence governs your use of the relevant software in addition to these terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of any content you create with your own tools. The plugin processes your code, design tokens, and Storybook stories locally on your machine; no rights are claimed over that content.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including the website design, copy, and the Inkbridge name and logo, is owned by me or my licensors. You may not use the Inkbridge name or logo without prior written permission.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service may contain bugs, may produce unexpected results, and may be unavailable at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or harm to life or health is not limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account settings. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached or if required by law. Provisions intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, no warranty, and limitation of liability — remain in effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified by email or in the application. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
